• • As the RVP Sales EMEA for Mirakl Ads, you will lead and scale a high-performing sales team across the EMEA region, driving revenue growth for Mirakl’s innovative retail media platform launched in November 2022. This role is critical to expanding Mirakl Ads’ market presence by unlocking profitable revenue streams through strategic sales leadership and executive-level engagement.
• • You will build, mentor, and inspire a team of Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and Solution Engineers; define and execute a localized go-to-market strategy; establish relationships with VP, EVP, and C-suite decision-makers; develop strategic partnerships; and increase Mirakl Ads’ visibility in the competitive retail media and eCommerce landscape.
• • You will join the EMEA Mirakl Ads team led by Octavie Gosselin, VP Mirakl Ads, a group of 8 talented professionals focused on delivering a self-service retail media solution that gives retailers control over ad inventory and enables advertisers to maximize performance. Mirakl, founded in 2012, operates globally with 750+ employees across 9 offices and powers over 450 marketplaces and 100k third-party sellers, serving brands like Macy’s, Decathlon, Carrefour, Asos, and Airbus Helicopters.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in retail media and AI-driven advertising technologies, refine your executive sales leadership, and contribute to Mirakl’s mission of empowering businesses in the platform economy.
