📋 Description

• • As a (Senior) E-commerce Category Manager at Emma Matratzen GmbH, you will lead the strategic development and performance of product categories within our global e-commerce platform, directly contributing to our mission of empowering customers to awaken their best every day through innovative sleep solutions.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market trends and customer behavior to optimize category assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies; collaborating with product, marketing, and supply chain teams to launch new products and campaigns; monitoring KPIs such as conversion rates, average order value, and category profitability; and driving data-informed decisions to enhance the online shopping experience across our 35+ markets.
• • You will join a dynamic, international team of over 70 nationalities at Emma – The Sleep Company, the world’s largest direct-to-consumer sleep brand, where ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning are core values. Our presence spans more than 15 retail stores across Europe and a rapidly growing digital footprint, all driven by a shared ambition to innovate in the sleep industry.
