📋 Description
- • As a Senior FP&A Manager at YAZIO GmbH, you will take full ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to directly influence strategic decision-making and drive high-impact outcomes across the business in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading the annual budget cycle, building and maintaining rolling forecasts, preparing monthly management reporting with variance analysis, building ad hoc financial models for headcount planning and pricing, and evolving FP&A processes through automation and AI-enabled tools.
- • You will work closely with Finance, Product, Operations, and senior leadership as a strategic finance partner, translating complex financial questions into clear insights and actionable recommendations while supporting both operational and strategic initiatives like growth initiatives and unit economics.
- • In this role, you will shape and scale a modern FP&A function, deepen your expertise in financial modelling and AI integration, and gain end-to-end ownership of financial planning cycles in a high-growth, international scale-up environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Advanced financial modelling expertise with Excel as a core skill
- • Proven ownership of end-to-end budgeting and forecasting cycles across functions
- • Strong business acumen with curiosity for product, users, and unit economics
- • Highly proficient and critical AI user, actively integrating AI into daily workflows
- • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making decisions with imperfect data
- • Experience with SQL or basic data querying is a strong plus
