- • As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Awin Group AG, you will serve as the main point of contact for managers in Global Finance and Managed Services teams across DACH, Poland, and Sweden, driving HR strategy and building trusted relationships to support business success.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include proactively delivering People & Culture strategy, providing guidance on policy and labour law, managing complex employee relations issues, coaching managers on performance and workforce planning, analysing HR metrics to drive data-informed decisions, and collaborating with P&C teams to implement group-wide initiatives.
- • You will join a global People & Culture team of around 30 professionals dedicated to fostering Awin’s inclusive, dynamic, and socially responsible culture, which is further strengthened by the company’s affiliation with the Axel Springer Group.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in strategic HR partnership, employee relations management, data-driven workforce planning, and cross-cultural stakeholder influence, while contributing to organisational design, talent management, and succession planning in a multinational environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of HR Business Partner experience, with essential experience in organisations in Romania and desirable experience in Germany and/or Poland
- • Experience supporting managers on workforce planning, retention, development, performance management, and salary/compensation management
- • Relevant employment law knowledge and proven experience handling multiple complex employee relations cases
- • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with a customer service mindset
- • Proven project management skills from ideation to completion, including ability to navigate change and influence stakeholders at all levels
- • Ability to solve problems using a data-driven approach, including analysing HR trends and metrics to inform solutions and policies
