- • As a Senior IT Support Engineer at Deel, you will play a critical role in enabling seamless global operations by ensuring reliable deployment, configuration, and ongoing support of IT equipment for a distributed workforce spanning over 100 countries. Your work directly contributes to Deel’s mission of breaking down geographic barriers in hiring and empowering businesses to scale compliantly and efficiently through a unified HR and payroll platform.
- • You will collaborate with a high-performing, globally distributed IT team to design, implement, and scale device lifecycle management services—including MDM configuration, application packaging, and hardware refresh cycles—ensuring consistent, secure, and user-ready technology experiences for employees and customers alike.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing technical support to internal teams and external customers, troubleshooting macOS and Windows environments, deploying and configuring devices via MDM platforms (such as Jamf, Intune, or Jumpcloud), managing application deployment pipelines, and maintaining IT security best practices across a mixed-device estate.
- • You will partner closely with Sales, HR, and Operations teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable IT solutions, acting as a trusted technical advisor who can clearly communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- • You will contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying automation opportunities using scripting languages like Python, Bash/ZSH, or PowerShell, and help refine workflows for device provisioning, inventory tracking, and incident resolution to support Deel’s rapid growth targets.
- • You will operate within a culture of continuous learning and innovation, where your technical expertise will be challenged and expanded through exposure to cutting-edge SaaS infrastructure, global compliance requirements, and AI-enhanced IT operations in a fully remote, high-velocity environment.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience managing and supporting mixed macOS and Windows estates in enterprise or high-growth environments
- • Hands-on experience with mobile device management (MDM) platforms such as Jamf, Intune, or Jumpcloud for device configuration, policy enforcement, and inventory management
- • Strong working knowledge of IT security fundamentals, including endpoint protection, access controls, and data privacy best practices
- • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences and thrive under pressure
- • Demonstrated ability to work methodically, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote-first setting
- • Bonus: Experience automating device-related tasks using Python, Bash/ZSH, or PowerShell
- • Bonus: Familiarity with Windows Autopilot for streamlined Windows device provisioning
