- • As a (Senior) Key Account Manager at Bunch Technologies Inc., you will be instrumental in scaling our business and revolutionizing the private markets sector. This role is central to our mission of providing an exceptional customer experience, acting as a dedicated partner for our fund managers and investors. You will be responsible for elevating every client interaction, transforming outstanding service into tangible business growth, and directly influencing customer retention, expansion, and our overall market reputation. - • In this pivotal role, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass serving as the primary strategic point of contact for fund managers, ensuring a consistently seamless and high-quality experience across all interactions and touchpoints. You will expertly lead the entire post-sales customer lifecycle, from the initial onboarding phase through to fostering growth and identifying upsell opportunities. This will involve close collaboration with various internal departments, including Operations, Product, Sales, Legal, and Finance, to ensure a cohesive and efficient customer journey. A significant part of your role will be to cultivate deep, trust-based relationships with our clients, actively listening to their needs and translating these requirements into clear, actionable insights that will drive crucial product enhancements and operational improvements. You will also be accountable for owning and meticulously optimizing key customer success metrics, such as Net Promoter Score (NPS), customer retention rates, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and effectively managing any escalations that may arise. Furthermore, you will work in close partnership with the Head of Customer Success to continuously refine and scale our overarching Customer Success strategy, adapting it to meet the demands of our rapidly growing company and expanding market presence.
