- • Your primary responsibility will be to act as a trusted advisor, leveraging your expertise to drive business development initiatives within your assigned territories. This involves proactively promoting Lightspeed's financial services offering to existing customers, fostering awareness, and encouraging adoption of our innovative funding solutions.
- • Lightspeed Capital provides flexible merchant cash advance options, empowering Lightspeed merchants to access alternative funding streams essential for expanding their business operations and achieving their growth objectives. You will be instrumental in connecting these merchants with the capital they need to thrive.
- • A key aspect of your role will involve building strong, trusted advisor relationships with your assigned merchants. Through insightful conversations and a deep understanding of their business needs, you will identify opportunities where Lightspeed's financial services can provide significant value.
- • You will employ effective sales techniques and consultative selling methodologies to position Lightspeed Capital as the preferred funding partner, ensuring merchants understand the benefits and flexibility it offers.
- • Negotiation of contracts and closing agreements will be a critical function, aimed at maximizing the growth and profitability of your book of business. Your ability to articulate value and secure mutually beneficial agreements will be paramount.
- • To achieve and exceed sales targets, you will provide exceptional advice and service, working collaboratively with the regional leader for Account Management to identify and capitalize on opportunities within your territory.

- • You will be responsible for delivering an exceptionally high level of service, utilizing sophisticated sales techniques to effectively position and drive awareness for Lightspeed Capital among your merchant base.
- • Your ability to build and maintain robust, long-term partnerships with both internal stakeholders and external clients will be essential for success.
- • You will be expected to work collaboratively with adjacent teams, forging positive and productive relationships that enhance overall business outcomes.
