📋 Description

• As a (Senior) Key Account Manager at Bunch Technologies Inc., you will serve as the strategic point of contact for fund managers and private investors, playing a pivotal role in scaling the company’s mission to build the backbone of private markets through exceptional customer experience and operational excellence.
• You will lead the end-to-end post-sales lifecycle—from onboarding and adoption to growth, upsell, and retention—collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure seamless, high-value customer journeys that drive long-term loyalty and expansion.
• You will build deep, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders, translating complex customer needs into actionable insights that inform product development and operational improvements, directly influencing NPS, retention, NRR, and overall market reputation.
• You will own and optimize key customer success metrics, proactively managing escalations and identifying expansion opportunities while working closely with the Head of Customer Success to refine and scale the Customer Success strategy as the company enters new markets and product phases.
• You will join a fast-growing, mission-driven team in Berlin (with hybrid flexibility) that values ownership, diversity, and innovation, where your contributions will directly impact how over 500 investment structures and 10,000+ investors experience private markets through cutting-edge, AI-enabled fund administration.
• In this role, you will develop advanced expertise in enterprise account management within the fintech and private equity space, sharpen your stakeholder engagement and analytical skills, and gain visibility into product-led growth strategies—positioning you for leadership in Customer Success, Account Management, or Go-to-Market functions within high-growth tech environments.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience, including 1–3 years in enterprise Account Management or Customer Success, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial services.
• Proven ability to manage complex, high-value customer relationships and confidently engage with C-level stakeholders such as fund managers, GPs, and institutional investors.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical and financial concepts into clear, tailored narratives for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated success in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with agility to adapt priorities and drive results amid evolving business needs.
• Fluency in English; German language proficiency is a strong advantage for engaging with DACH-region clients and internal teams.
