- • As a Sr. Talent Partner on a part-time/contract basis, you will play a pivotal role in advancing Illumio’s mission to strengthen global cyber resilience by attracting and securing top technical talent across the APAC region, directly supporting the company’s growth in Zero Trust security solutions.
- • You will partner closely with regional leadership to deeply understand hiring needs, translate business objectives into effective talent strategies, and serve as a trusted advisor on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive positioning for technical roles in Japan, Australia, Korea, Singapore, and beyond.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing and executing proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage both active and passive candidates through advanced Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networking, cold outreach, and talent mapping across niche cybersecurity and engineering domains.
- • You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles, ensuring a seamless, high-touch candidate experience marked by timely communication, interview coordination, feedback consolidation, and offer negotiation with integrity and discretion.
- • You will act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the selection process, building influential relationships that enhance employer brand perception and increase offer acceptance rates, particularly for hard-to-fill, specialized security and engineering positions.
- • You will collaborate with hiring managers and interview panels to calibrate assessment criteria, guide structured interviews, and ensure compliance with Illumio’s inclusive hiring practices and global recruitment standards.
- • You will contribute to talent pipeline development by maintaining active candidate databases, tracking sourcing channel effectiveness, and providing regular reporting on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source quality, and candidate conversion rates.

- • Through this role, you will deepen your expertise in technical recruitment within high-growth cybersecurity environments, refine your stakeholder management skills with senior leaders, and gain exposure to global talent markets in APAC—positioning yourself as a strategic partner in shaping Illumio’s workforce of the future.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of proven experience in technical recruitment, with a strong track record of sourcing and hiring for engineering, security, or IT roles across multiple countries in the APAC region.
- • Demonstrated ability to design and execute innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, talent mapping, and proactive networking to engage passive candidates in competitive markets.
- • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong negotiation abilities to manage offer discussions and influence hiring decisions while maintaining candidate trust and confidentiality.
- • Proactive, self-directed work ethic with exceptional time management and organizational skills, consistently meeting deadlines and recruitment KPIs in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
- • Experience working collaboratively with hiring leaders and cross-functional teams to align recruitment efforts with business goals, including familiarity with structured interviewing and inclusive hiring practices.
