• • Senior Revenue Operations Manager at Insight Assurance, a fast-growing cybersecurity compliance and audit firm founded by former Big 4 professionals, serving as the operational backbone of the revenue engine by owning systems, data, and processes that keep go-to-market running efficiently.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning HubSpot as the system of record across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success; designing and enforcing data standards, lifecycle stages, and field governance; building and maintaining workflows, sequences, custom properties, and integrations; auditing CRM health proactively; partnering with AEs, BDRs, and CSMs to maintain pipeline accuracy and deal hygiene; building and managing pipeline review cadences; identifying coverage gaps, velocity issues, and at-risk deals; building and maintaining executive dashboards covering pipeline, bookings, revenue, and customer success metrics; developing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages for the CRO and founders; owning funnel analytics from lead through close; building and maintaining rolling revenue forecasts and scenario models; supporting capacity planning, quota setting, and territory design; and modeling the impact of headcount changes, pricing shifts, and partner contributions on revenue outcomes.
