📋 Description

• Senior Specialist Software Engineer role focused on designing, developing, and maintaining real-time software applications for enterprise-grade SaaS products in the CX domain.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include hands-on coding with AI-assisted tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, vibe coding, agentic AI), mentoring team members, managing technical decisions, resolving complex challenges, driving process improvements, and providing global customer support through incident bridges and escalations.
• Part of NICE Ltd.’s software development team in Pune, India, contributing to market-leading products used by 25,000+ global businesses, including 85 Fortune 100 companies, to deliver customer experiences, fight financial crime, and ensure public safety.
• Opportunity to lead architectural vision for next-gen systems, deepen expertise in cloud-native SaaS, AI-augmented development, VoIP/telecom protocols, and influence cross-functional technical strategy while growing as a technical leader in a global innovation powerhouse.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor/Master of Engineering Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent from a reputed institute
• 12+ years of experience in software development
• Expertise in Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, vibe coding, agentic AI for development and test generation
• Expert knowledge of VoIP, telecom, media handling protocols (SIP, SDP, RTP, RTCP, firewall traversal, NAT) and TCP/IP with multi-threaded systems and concurrency patterns
• Experience developing and supporting multi-tenant cloud-native SaaS products
• Expertise in public cloud (AWS) and Kubernetes (EKS, ECS, pods, kubectl, helm charts, pod affinity/networking)
