• • As a key member of our recruiting team, which includes Janin, Isabel, and Diana, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission and growth. You will be instrumental in managing the entire recruitment process for our IT roles within the DACH area, working collaboratively with hiring managers and subject matter experts. Your focus will be on delivering an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring we attract and secure the best IT talent in the market.

You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidate pipelines, acting as a trusted advisor to your assigned business units.
