đź“‹ Description
- • Senior Product Manager responsible for owning the patient and care team experience roadmap across Chamber’s cardiovascular care journey, focusing on engagement, care management, messaging, tasks, care plans, outreach, enrollment, and AI-assisted coordination to turn complex workflows into useful tools for clinicians and patients.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with clinicians, care coordinators, and operations leaders to understand workflow pain points; designing and improving onboarding, enrollment, outreach, care plans, and longitudinal engagement experiences; building tools to reduce administrative load and enable earlier intervention for high-risk patients; translating clinical and operational complexity into clear requirements and practical user experiences; collaborating with engineering and data teams to operationalize clinical signals, tasking logic, automation, and AI-assisted workflows; and balancing near-term delivery with long-term platform thinking using quantitative and qualitative inputs.
- • Chamber is rebuilding the cardiology care system by focusing on outcomes over volume, partnering with independent cardiologists to lead population health efforts through technology, data, and operational tools that turn complex insights into better patient care. The company blends clinical expertise, thoughtful design, and a modern operating platform to support physicians, patients, and payers, combining AI tools with a focus on human care to transform heart health at scale.
- • In this role, you will build trust with clinical, operations, engineering, and product partners; own a clear roadmap for care experience and engagement; improve product requirements and prioritization; ship meaningful workflow improvements; independently drive major product surfaces like care team worklists or patient engagement; establish strong execution rhythms with engineering; and eventually become the clear product owner for Chamber’s care experience and engagement layer, shipping durable platform capabilities that turn the care model into a scalable operating system with stronger orchestration, patient engagement, automation, and population visibility.
