  • • As the Team Lead, Enablement at Deel, you will serve as the execution and people-leadership anchor for internal GTM Enablement programs, ensuring high-quality delivery, operational rigor, and measurable impact across initiatives that directly support Customer Success and Customer Onboarding teams. Your leadership will be critical in scaling enablement efforts that empower frontline managers and SMEs to deliver consistent, effective training and onboarding experiences at a global scale.
  • • You will lead, mentor, and develop a small team of GTM Enablement Managers while operating as a player-coach—providing hands-on guidance on program design, execution, and stakeholder management when needed, while also stepping in to deliver key programs personally to ensure timelines, quality, and scope are met.
  • • You will own execution quality across enablement programs by identifying risks, bottlenecks, or gaps and proactively resolving them, continuously improving operational processes, tooling, and workflows to increase efficiency and consistency, and ensuring all deliverables are completed on time with measurable outcomes.
  • • You will track and report on program-level metrics including attendance, completion rates, engagement, and post-training performance, reviewing outcomes with Enablement Managers to provide actionable feedback and support leadership with clear, reliable reporting on enablement execution and business impact.
  • • You will interact primarily with frontline managers, functional enablement partners, and internal SMEs to gather content, clarify requirements, align on delivery timelines, and support stakeholder communication and expectation setting, acting as a point of escalation for delivery challenges or resource constraints.
  • • You will identify opportunities to standardize, templatize, and scale enablement delivery, encourage experimentation and creative problem-solving to improve learner experience and program effectiveness, and share best practices across the team to reinforce a culture of learning, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • • You will join a high-growth, globally distributed SaaS company of 7,000+ employees across 100+ countries, where you’ll contribute to Deel’s mission of unlocking global opportunity by enabling seamless, compliant, and scalable HR and payroll operations for businesses worldwide—backed by a $17.3B valuation and $1B ARR in just over five years.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in GTM enablement strategy, operational excellence, and people leadership within a fast-paced, innovative environment, positioning yourself as a sought-after leader in the transformation of global work while gaining exposure to cutting-edge AI-powered tools and global compliance frameworks.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of experience in GTM enablement, program management, or a closely related role.
  • • 1+ years of experience managing or leading people across multiple initiatives or teams.
  • • Deep understanding of the GTM audience your team supports (Customer Success and/or Customer Onboarding), with credibility in that domain.
  • • Strong experience in process design, operational monitoring, and project management.
  • • Comfortable operating as both a coach and a hands-on contributor when needed.
  • • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; able to manage competing demands under tight deadlines.
