- • As a Sr. Provider Customer Success Manager for Enterprise Accounts at PointClickCare Technologies Inc., you will serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare clients, ensuring deep alignment between their organizational goals and PointClickCare’s technology solutions to drive measurable value and long-term strategic partnerships.
- • Day to day, you will manage strategic partnerships as the primary point of contact, proactively identify performance improvement opportunities through data analysis, build and execute long-term account plans, cultivate client collaboration, deliver consultative support, and craft ROI narratives to drive product adoption and value realization.
- • You will join a mission-driven team at PointClickCare, a leading healthcare technology provider dedicated to improving care coordination and outcomes across the post-acute and senior care continuum, working remotely with a California-based territory and occasional travel to Toronto headquarters.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in healthcare SaaS and EHR systems, strengthen strategic account management and consultative selling skills, deepen your understanding of hospital systems and health plan operations, and achieve measurable impact by driving customer success, retention, and expansion in enterprise healthcare accounts.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2-5 years of experience in healthcare, preferably within health systems, hospitals, or acute care settings
- • Must have exposure to healthcare organizations
- • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- • Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills
- • Experience with CRM tools and strategic thinking with analytical skills
- • Experience with SaaS or EHR is advantageous
