- • As a pivotal member of our US Ads team, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth as an Advertising Sales Representative. This role is designed for an ambitious and results-oriented individual eager to make a significant impact in a dynamic sales environment. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective advertising clients, meticulously guiding them through the sales funnel, and cultivating enduring, high-value relationships. Your strategic approach and collaborative spirit will be key to your success in this highly interactive team setting.
- • This position offers a unique opportunity to prove your capabilities in a 3-month temporary, temp-to-hire capacity. We are seeking candidates who can immediately demonstrate the caliber and dedication required for a long-term, full-time Advertising Sales Representative role. Your primary focus will be on strategic collaboration with internal teams and external clients, ensuring high-quality contributions that directly impact team revenue targets. Success in this initial period will lead to a permanent, full-time position, offering stability and further growth opportunities within WEBTOON Entertainment.
- • Your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of sales activities, including prospecting for new advertising opportunities across various digital platforms and identifying key decision-makers within target organizations. You will develop and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the unique needs and objectives of each prospective client, showcasing the immense value and reach of WEBTOON's advertising solutions. This involves understanding the digital advertising landscape, including programmatic advertising, direct sales, and partnership opportunities.
- • You will manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients. This includes negotiating contract terms, pricing, and deliverables, and working closely with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements. Post-sale, you will be responsible for client retention and growth, proactively seeking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional advertising packages and services. Building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline through diligent CRM management and consistent follow-up will be crucial.
- • Collaboration is central to this role. You will work closely with the broader US Ads team, sharing insights, best practices, and market intelligence to collectively achieve revenue goals. You will also liaise with marketing, product, and creative teams to develop innovative advertising solutions and ensure client campaigns are executed flawlessly and deliver exceptional results. Understanding client KPIs and providing regular performance reports and analysis will be essential for demonstrating ROI and fostering long-term partnerships.
