- • Provide video-based behavioral health assessments for pediatric and adolescent patients aged 5+ years via telepsychiatry platform
- • Assist with de-escalation and stabilization of patients during acute behavioral health episodes
- • Collect and document collateral information via phone or video from caregivers, schools, or other providers
- • Analyze psychological and psychosocial factors to understand patient thoughts, feelings, and behaviors
- • Recommend next steps in assessment or level of care based on clinical evaluation
- • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation within partner FQHC’s electronic medical record (EMR) system
- • Ensure a therapeutic and safe environment for all patients during virtual sessions
- • Provide observational feedback to multidisciplinary care teams to support coordinated patient care
- • Maintain all active state licensure, PMHNP certification, and required professional credentials
- • Work from a private, confidential office space to ensure patient privacy and HIPAA compliance
- • Collaborate with Array Behavioral Care to obtain additional state licensure and DEA registration as needed
- • Deliver care remotely to patients accessing services through a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
- • Adhere to Array’s clinical protocols and quality standards for telepsychiatry delivery
- • Participate in ongoing professional development and compliance training as required
- • Utilize technology platforms for scheduling, documentation, and secure communication with patients and teams
- • Maintain up-to-date CAQH profile to facilitate credentialing and payer participation
- • Work a part-time schedule of 24 hours per week with flexible scheduling within business hours
🎯 Requirements
- • Active PMHNP certification
- • Current, unencumbered Oregon psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner license
- • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience since obtaining licensure
- • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with telehealth and digital health technologies
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills for patient and team interactions
- • Established and updated CAQH profile strongly preferred
