- • Provide virtual psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for patients across a range of mental health conditions via telehealth.
- • Diagnose and treat mental health disorders using evidence-based practices in a secure, remote clinical environment.
- • Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation within Array’s HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
- • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered psychiatric care.
- • Deliver compassionate, high-quality psychiatric care from a private, confidential workspace without commuting or overhead.
- • Engage with clinical and administrative leaders who provide ongoing support for professional growth and patient outcomes.
- • Participate in corporate wellness programs and access mental health resources designed to support clinician well-being.
- • Utilize Array’s operational infrastructure to build and maintain a steady caseload with emphasis on continuity of care.
- • Access licensure support and administrative assistance for obtaining additional state licenses in high-demand regions.

- • Receive annual credit, time off, and in-house continuing education course options to fulfill CE requirements.

- • Deliver care aligned with Array’s proven telehealth model, which demonstrates sustained patient improvement across varying acuity levels.
- • Adhere to Array’s strict protocols for secure communication and patient privacy, using only approved telehealth technologies.
- • Maintain independent practice eligibility with no provisional or supervised licensure status.
- • Ensure a private, confidential, and distraction-free workspace suitable for virtual psychiatric consultations.
- • Stay current with clinical best practices and integrate feedback from clinical leadership to enhance care delivery.
- • Contribute to Array’s mission of expanding access to high-quality behavioral health services nationwide through remote care.
🎯 Requirements
- • Active Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license (PMHNP) in Maryland
- • Independent practice eligibility (no provisional or supervised licenses)
- • 2+ years of outpatient psychiatric experience since obtaining licensure
- • Strong comfort and proficiency with telehealth platforms
- • A private, confidential workspace suitable for virtual care
