- • Provide video-based behavioral health assessments to patients through a HIPAA-compliant teletherapy platform in a fully remote setting.
- • Assist with patient de-escalation and stabilization during clinical sessions.
- • Collect and analyze psychological, psychosocial, and collateral information from external sources to inform clinical decision-making.
- • Evaluate individual thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to develop accurate diagnostic impressions and treatment plans.
- • Provide written recommendations regarding next steps in assessment, level of care, or referrals.
- • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- • Ensure a therapeutic, safe, and confidential environment for all patients during virtual sessions.
- • Maintain all required professional certifications, state licenses, and DEA registration.
- • Work from a private, secure, and confidential space to ensure patient privacy and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- • Collaborate with Array Behavioral Care’s clinical and administrative teams to support continuity of care and long-term therapeutic relationships.
- • Engage with peer affinity groups and receive ongoing support from clinical and administrative leadership.
- • Participate in corporate wellness programs and access mental health resources designed for clinician well-being.
- • Utilize Array’s in-house continuing education (CE) course options to fulfill state CE requirements.
- • Receive support and reimbursement for costs associated with obtaining additional state licensure and DEA registration.
- • Maintain an updated and active CAQH profile, strongly preferred.
- • Deliver care to patients across Virginia and potentially other states as licensure is expanded with Array’s support.
- • Work a minimum of 24 hours per week to qualify for CME credits and FlexTime; full benefits begin at 30+ hours per week.
- • Operate as a W2 employee with guaranteed pay and structured caseload support to promote clinical stability and patient retention.
🎯 Requirements
- • Active PMHNP certification
- • Current, unencumbered state license in Virginia
- • Minimum of 2 years of experience since obtaining PMHNP license
- • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with telehealth technology platforms
- • Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
- • Established and updated CAQH profile (strongly preferred)
