- • Provide virtual psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management to patients via telehealth using Array’s HIPAA-compliant technology.
- • Diagnose and treat a range of mental health conditions with evidence-based practices in a fully remote, private, and secure clinical environment.
- • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care that prioritizes continuity and long-term outcomes.
- • Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation for all patient encounters and treatment plans.
- • Deliver compassionate, high-quality psychiatric care without the need for commuting or physical office overhead, working entirely from a private workspace.
- • Leverage Array’s operational infrastructure to support caseload growth, patient retention, and clinical efficiency without administrative burden.
- • Engage with clinical and administrative leadership teams to receive ongoing support, feedback, and professional development guidance.
- • Participate in corporate wellness programs and access mental health resources designed to support clinician well-being and work-life balance.
- • Utilize Array’s in-house CE course options and annual credit allocation to fulfill continuing education requirements efficiently.
- • Join affinity groups and peer collaboration networks to foster professional connection, reduce isolation, and enhance clinical decision-making.
- • Contribute to a telehealth model validated by published clinical outcomes showing sustained patient improvement across diverse acuity levels, including higher-acuity populations.
- • Operate under guaranteed W2 employment with structured support to maintain a stable and sustainable caseload.
- • Accept licensure support and administrative assistance from Array to obtain additional state licenses (e.g., PA or NY) to expand your scope of practice.
- • Work in alignment with Array’s clinical model, which prioritizes measurable, real-world outcomes and exceeds industry benchmarks for depression and anxiety treatment.
- • Maintain strict compliance with privacy and security protocols for all patient interactions and electronic health records.
- • Access medical liability coverage provided by Array for all clinical activities performed in the role.
🎯 Requirements
- • Active Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license (PMHNP) in New Jersey
- • Independent practice eligibility (no provisional or supervised licenses)
- • 2+ years of outpatient psychiatric experience since obtaining licensure
- • Strong comfort and proficiency with telehealth platforms
- • A private, confidential workspace suitable for virtual care
- • Active PA or NY license (preferred)
