- • Are you a seasoned Kubernetes expert with a passion for advanced cluster management and a proven track record with Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management (RHACM)? Alegra Group AG is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Advanced Cluster Management Consultant for Kubernetes to join our dynamic, fully remote team. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to impactful projects, leverage your deep technical expertise, and work with cutting-edge cloud-native technologies from anywhere in the world.
- • This role is designed for a dedicated professional who thrives in a remote work environment and is eager to make a significant contribution to our clients' success. You will be instrumental in implementing, managing, and optimizing Kubernetes environments, with a specific focus on leveraging the power of RHACM to achieve seamless multi-cluster operations. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring our clients can effectively deploy, manage, and govern their containerized applications across diverse infrastructures.
- • As an Advanced Cluster Management Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to provide expert guidance and hands-on support in the realm of Advanced Cluster Management for Kubernetes. This involves translating complex client requirements into robust, scalable, and secure solutions. You will be expected to draw upon your extensive project experience with RHACM to not only implement but also effectively manage Kubernetes clusters, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and security. Your role will extend to advising clients on best practices, architectural designs, and operational strategies related to multi-cluster Kubernetes management.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves working with OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) on Baremetal environments. This requires a solid understanding of how to deploy and manage OCP directly on physical hardware, optimizing performance and resource utilization. You will be responsible for ensuring these deployments are robust, secure, and aligned with client objectives. Furthermore, you will utilize your basic knowledge of OpenShift GitOps, powered by ArgoCD, to streamline and automate application deployments and lifecycle management. This includes setting up CI/CD pipelines, managing application configurations, and ensuring consistency across environments.
- • Collaboration is key in this position. You will work closely with clients to deeply understand their unique challenges, business goals, and technical landscapes. This collaborative approach will enable you to provide tailored solutions that address their specific needs and drive tangible business value. You will be expected to communicate effectively, present technical concepts clearly, and build strong relationships based on trust and expertise. Your ability to translate technical jargon into business benefits will be highly valued.
- • This is a contract position with a duration of one year, offering excellent possibilities for extension based on performance and project needs. The role is structured for a 32-hour work week, with service delivery expected from Monday to Thursday. This focused schedule allows for a healthy work-life balance while ensuring consistent progress and client engagement. The fully remote nature of this position means you can work from any location, offering unparalleled flexibility and freedom. We are looking for individuals who are proactive, possess strong soft skills, can follow clear directions, are highly responsive to client needs, and maintain an open-minded, solution-oriented approach to every request. If you are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role that utilizes your advanced Kubernetes and RHACM skills, we encourage you to apply and become a vital part of the Alegra Group AG team.
