- • This is an entry-level, 10-week, full-time summer internship for a 2026 Summer Intern, Appian Developer at ICF International, Inc., designed to provide hands-on experience in low-code application development using the Appian platform.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include learning to configure Appian applications by building forms and simple workflows, assisting in developing, testing, and deploying Appian applications under senior guidance, supporting integration with external databases and systems, participating in Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives), documenting technical designs and user stories, and contributing to knowledge sharing and best practices within the Appian practice.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 30 completed college-level credit hours in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field by the internship start date.
- • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, reside in the U.S., and be authorized to work in the U.S.; all work must be performed within the United States per contract requirements.
- • Interest in software development and technology, with some exposure through coursework or personal projects.
- • Eagerness to learn low-code development on the Appian platform.
- • Basic familiarity with programming concepts (e.g., Java, Python, or JavaScript).
- • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
