- • As a Behavioral Licensed Clinician on Evernorth’s 24/7 Clinical Support Team, you will provide immediate, personalized clinical support to members across behavioral health needs, serving as a consistent point of contact from first engagement through their wellness journey.
- • You will assess immediate risk and clinical needs using evidence-based models, deliver real-time crisis de-escalation and safety planning, identify biopsychosocial needs, and collaborate with members to develop SMART goals and determine next steps.
- • You will partner with internal colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions, manage multiple health records and systems, and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation while demonstrating empathy and professionalism in high-stakes conversations.
- • You will have the opportunity to deepen your expertise in specialized clinical areas, contribute to training and curriculum development, and grow your impact in a mission-driven organization focused on accessible, preventive, and innovative behavioral health care.
🎯 Requirements
- • Master’s degree or PhD in a mental health field (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Psychology) or RN with psychiatric specialization.
- • Current independent clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LPCC, PhD, PsyD, PMHNP, or RN with psychiatric focus).
- • Minimum 5 years of post-licensure experience as a behavioral health or substance use clinician preferred.
- • Demonstrated use of evidence-based approaches, including brief therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing.
- • Required to obtain AAS Crisis Specialist Certification within the first year of employment.
- • Proven administrative abilities, with strong computer and software application skills.
