• • As an ABA Talent Pipeline Recruiter at Tellos, you will be instrumental in building and nurturing a robust pipeline of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to meet the growing demand for high-quality in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) care.
• • Your primary focus will be on proactive sourcing and strategic pipeline development, ensuring that Tellos has a ready pool of exceptional clinicians available to staff cases swiftly and efficiently across multiple states.
• • You will be the driving force behind identifying, engaging, and retaining top talent, particularly in both moderate and challenging-to-fill markets, thereby directly contributing to our mission of helping families access life-changing therapy sooner.
• • This role requires a proactive and persistent approach to talent acquisition, leveraging a variety of channels to discover and connect with potential candidates.
• • You will actively utilize job boards, professional networking platforms like LinkedIn, specialized Facebook groups, professional licensing directories, and university/school networks to identify qualified RBT and BCBA candidates.
• • A significant part of your responsibility will involve outbound outreach, initiating conversations with passive candidates and building rapport from the outset.
• • The goal is to cultivate warm, well-organized talent pools that can be quickly activated when new cases arise, minimizing delays in care delivery.
• • Candidate engagement is paramount; you will be expected to reach out to potential hires with thoughtful, personalized, and human-centered communication, making them feel valued and understood.
• • Maintaining consistent and effective follow-ups will be crucial to keep strong candidates engaged, informed, and progressing through the recruitment funnel.
• • You will conduct initial qualification screens to assess candidate suitability based on essential criteria, ensuring a baseline level of fit before further engagement.
• • Close collaboration with the broader recruiting and clinical teams is essential to effectively match screened candidates with specific case needs, considering factors such as required schedules, geographical locations, and client profiles.
• • Developing and maintaining a keen awareness of the talent market is a key aspect of this role; you will continuously monitor pipeline strength by geography and assess hiring difficulty in different regions.
• • Based on your market insights, you will proactively recommend and implement new sourcing strategies to address any slowdowns in pipeline development or shifts in demand.
• • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date pipeline trackers is a core responsibility, ensuring that recruitment efforts are well-documented and progress is easily visible.
