Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own and orchestrate Hypori’s end-to-end Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and integrated campaign strategy for high-value federal agencies and Fortune 1000 enterprises, translating complex cybersecurity value propositions into laser-focused narratives that resonate with CISOs, program managers, and mission owners.
- • Design and execute multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns (email nurtures, paid social, programmatic display, webinars, field events, executive roundtables, and co-marketing with strategic partners) that generate qualified pipeline and accelerate existing opportunities from discovery to close.
- • Build and maintain a tiered ABM framework—Tier 1 named accounts, Tier 2 vertical clusters, Tier 3 persona-based segments—leveraging intent data, technographics, and first-party engagement signals to prioritize outreach and personalize content at scale.
- • Partner daily with Sales, Sales Engineering, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria, account scoring models, opportunity stages, and success metrics; ensure every campaign has a clear service-level agreement (SLA) for lead follow-up and feedback loops.
- • Produce compelling assets—battle cards, ROI calculators, case studies, video testimonials, interactive demos, and microsites—that map to each stage of the buyer journey and speak the language of security, compliance, and zero-trust architecture.
- • Manage a six-figure annual budget with rigorous ROI tracking; build quarterly forecasts, monthly pacing reports, and post-campaign retrospectives that showcase contribution to pipeline, bookings, and customer expansion.
- • Instrument campaigns in HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, Demandbase, and Drift; create dashboards that surface real-time insights on engagement velocity, account penetration, influenced revenue, and CAC payback, enabling agile optimization.
- • Collaborate with Product Management to launch new features and compliance certifications (FedRAMP High, IL5, StateRAMP, SOC 2 Type II) via coordinated go-to-market motions that include press releases, analyst briefings, and customer advisory boards.
- • Champion a culture of experimentation—A/B test subject lines, ad creatives, landing-page copy, and call-to-action placement; document winning plays in a living playbook that scales across the global revenue organization.
- • Mentor and up-skill junior marketers on ABM best practices, demand-gen fundamentals, and storytelling techniques, fostering a high-performance remote team that thrives on transparency, curiosity, and customer obsession.
- • Represent Hypori at industry conferences (RSA, AFCEA TechNet Cyber, DoDIIS, Billington CyberSecurity Summit) and virtual events, capturing voice-of-customer insights that feed back into campaign messaging and product roadmap prioritization.
- • Ensure all outbound communications adhere to federal procurement regulations, GDPR/CCPA privacy standards, and brand voice guidelines, positioning Hypori as a trusted, mission-first partner rather than another vendor.
- • Drive customer advocacy initiatives—reference programs, G2 reviews, peer panels—that turn satisfied users into vocal champions, amplifying social proof and shortening sales cycles for net-new prospects.
- • Continuously scan the competitive landscape (Microsoft AVD, Citrix, VMware Workspace ONE, Lookout) to refine differentiation messaging and preempt objections before they surface in late-stage deals.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of B2B demand generation or ABM experience in enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity, or federal IT markets with proven quota-carrying pipeline contribution.
- • Hands-on expertise with modern MarTech stacks—HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, Demandbase, Drift, Bizible, or equivalent—and the ability to build reports, workflows, and attribution models without external support.
- • Demonstrated success designing integrated campaigns that span digital, field, and partner channels and deliver measurable lift in engagement, pipeline, and revenue.
- • Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills; can translate technical concepts like zero-trust, containerization, and FedRAMP boundary diagrams into crisp, persuasive narratives for both technical and executive audiences.
- • Nice-to-have: Active security clearance (Secret or higher), experience marketing to DoD, Intelligence Community, or civilian agencies, and familiarity with compliance frameworks such as NIST 800-53, CMMC, or FISMA.
🏖️ Benefits
- • 100% remote-first culture with quarterly in-person summits in Austin, TX and optional co-working stipends so you can work from anywhere with reliable internet.
- • Competitive base salary plus uncapped quarterly performance bonuses tied directly to influenced ARR and pipeline generation targets.
- • 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your dependents, plus a $1,200 annual HSA contribution and zero-premium telehealth access.
- • 20 days PTO, 11 federal holidays, and a "take-what-you-need" sick leave policy that encourages real rest and recovery without bureaucratic hurdles.
- • Annual $2,500 professional development budget—conferences, certifications (ABM, RevOps, CISSP), or advanced coursework—to keep your skills sharp and your career trajectory steep.
