  • • Support the planning and delivery of account-based marketing (ABM) activity across priority UK accounts in NHS Talking Therapies and wider mental health services.
  • • Research target organisations, services, and stakeholders to build detailed account plans, contact lists, and tailored engagement strategies.
  • • Help shape, set up, and implement targeted engagement campaigns across channels including email, LinkedIn, webinars, events, and follow-up communications.
  • • Coordinate tailored outreach initiatives to ensure timely, relevant, and consistent engagement with priority accounts.
  • • Work closely with the UK General Manager and team to align account engagement with broader marketing goals and organisational priorities.
  • • Support the execution of UK-wide marketing campaigns, including content creation, campaign coordination, and performance tracking.
  • • Create and adapt marketing assets such as one-pagers, case studies, email copy, social media content, event materials, and presentations.
  • • Utilise AI marketing tools to enhance research efficiency, content generation, campaign execution, and overall productivity while ensuring high-quality outputs.
  • • Maintain and update CRM systems, support audience segmentation, and track engagement metrics to inform strategy and measure performance.
  • • Assist with the organisation and delivery of webinars, roundtables, conferences, and other market-facing events.
  • • Contribute to market research initiatives and provide insights to guide campaign direction and audience targeting.
  • • Manage day-to-day marketing coordination tasks, ensuring smooth execution of timelines and deliverables.
  • • Take ownership of assigned projects with high autonomy, delivering results with minimal supervision in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • • Collaborate across teams with a proactive, hands-on approach, adapting quickly to evolving priorities and feedback.
  • • Ensure all marketing activities are grounded in the mission of improving access to quality mental healthcare through evidence-based AI.
  • • Maintain strict attention to detail in all written communications and campaign materials to reflect the professionalism and integrity of the organisation.
  • • Stay informed about developments in NHS mental health services, healthtech, and AI innovation to inform marketing strategy and stakeholder messaging.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, internship, graduate programme, or similar commercial environment
  • • Strong interest in B2B marketing with enthusiasm for account-based marketing and targeted campaign execution
  • • Excitement about using the latest AI tools to improve research, content creation, and marketing effectiveness
  • • Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • • Proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to support across a range of marketing activities
