- • As an ABM Strategist on the AMER Account Based Marketing team, you will serve as the Marketing lead for aligned Regional Sales Teams, driving pipeline growth and accelerating deal progression through targeted, account-based marketing strategies.
- • Day to day, you will collaborate with Sales Leaders through 1:1s, QBRs, and planning sessions; develop and execute account-centric marketing plans; leverage intent data and AI-powered insights to support Sales outreach; lead go-to-market strategies; coordinate integrated marketing tactics including field programs and customer engagement; work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging; integrate partner ecosystems into regional strategies; measure and report on program success including pipeline impact and ROI; and drive operational excellence by improving processes and tools.

🎯 Requirements
- • At least 5+ years in field marketing, account-based marketing, or B2B regional marketing; prior sales experience is helpful
- • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, practices, processes, tactics, and tools, including ABM and data-driven marketing approaches
- • Ability to understand, anticipate, and support Sales priorities and motions
- • Ability to manage vendors, budget, and ROI
- • Must be willing to travel approximately 25%
