- • Coordinate and execute off-net vendor access quote submissions for customer-driven requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses from vendors.
- • Gather, validate, and organize vendor quote responses, verifying alignment with internal formatting, documentation standards, and customer requirements.
- • Manage both single-site and multi-site quoting efforts, handling diverse access configurations including standard and ad-hoc requests.
- • Validate and refresh vendor quoted services for post-sales requirements to maintain accuracy throughout the customer lifecycle.
- • Confirm and update internal systems with vendor information to prepare for seamless post-sales ordering and fulfillment.
- • Re-engage with vendors when orders are at risk and provide alternate vendor options to minimize delays and maintain service continuity.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date pricing and quoting records in internal systems and tools to ensure reliable data for sales and operations teams.
- • Track and organize vendor responses and performance metrics to support pre-sales decision-making and sourcing optimization.
- • Contribute to the maintenance of shared market intelligence databases, pricing catalogs, and standardized quoting documentation.
- • Participate in vendor performance assessments, including evaluation of pre-sales quoting accuracy, responsiveness, and consistency.
- • Follow established quoting workflows while identifying opportunities for improvement in speed, accuracy, and vendor alignment.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Engineering, and Carrier Relations teams to ensure quote feasibility, technical accuracy, and customer alignment.
- • Participate in projects focused on automation, quote formatting enhancements, and vendor onboarding documentation improvements.
- • Support cost-optimization strategies by analyzing vendor quote trends and identifying potential overpricing or cost-saving opportunities.
- • Apply foundational knowledge of telecom access services—including Ethernet and fiber—to evaluate vendor offerings and recommend optimal solutions.
- • Maintain strict attention to detail in all documentation, data entry, and communication to ensure compliance and operational integrity.
- • Manage multiple concurrent quoting tasks under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and clear written and verbal communication to support internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- • Utilize Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools for data analysis, reporting, and record-keeping in daily operations.
