- • The Brokerage Operations Coordinator provides essential operational support to the brokerage team, ensuring smooth daily operations, regulatory compliance, and effective communication across departments.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with brokerage operations execution, preparing marketing documents and renewal business materials, maintaining accurate client records in required systems, processing and archiving paperwork, and handling customer service inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- • The role contributes to compliance reporting, collaborates with broker and finance teams on business requirements, supports risk mitigation efforts, and assists with ad hoc tasks to ensure timely transaction completion.

🎯 Requirements
- • 0+ years of experience in the Insurance industry or Underwriting
- • Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration, Sales, and Risk Management preferred
- • Prescribed: Minimum requirements for state P&C and/or surplus line licenses
