  • • Own the end-to-end execution of Relay’s one-to-many Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs to drive net-new, sales-assisted pipeline from high-quality target accounts
  • • Build, segment, and activate targeted account lists using firmographic criteria to align with sales-assisted growth objectives
  • • Design and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns across paid media, email, web, and direct mail in close partnership with the marketing team to deliver cohesive, account-specific experiences
  • • Operationalize outbound ABM workflows to enable automated or semi-automated SDR motions that increase awareness and conversion among targeted accounts
  • • Design and run lightweight, fast-cycle ABM experiments focused on verticalization and personalization, iterating rapidly based on performance data and direct feedback from sales teams
  • • Track, measure, and report on ABM program performance including account engagement metrics, demo quality, and pipeline contribution in collaboration with Revenue Operations and Analytics teams
  • • Share actionable insights and recommendations across Demand Generation and Sales teams to inform the evolution of ABM as a scalable, repeatable growth lever
  • • Work closely with RevOps to ensure ABM programs are properly supported by tooling, data infrastructure, and scalable processes as the program matures
  • • Translate high-level demand generation strategy into detailed, actionable campaign plans with clear execution timelines and ownership
  • • Maintain alignment between marketing initiatives and sales objectives by ensuring campaign targeting, messaging, and handoff processes are optimized for demo quality and conversion
  • • Independently manage multiple concurrent ABM campaigns and experiments with evolving priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguity-rich environment
  • • Continuously refine ABM tactics based on real-time performance data and feedback loops with sales and revenue operations
  • • Champion a data-driven, test-and-learn culture within Demand Generation by prioritizing experiments that yield measurable pipeline impact
  • • Act as a cross-functional bridge between marketing, sales, and operations to ensure seamless integration of ABM programs into Relay’s broader revenue engine
  • • Ensure all ABM activities are aligned with Relay’s mission to empower small business owners through clarity, confidence, and control over their financial operations

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or ABM-adjacent roles
  • • Hands-on experience building, segmenting, and activating targeted account lists using firmographic criteria
  • • Proven experience working closely with Sales and SDR teams in outbound or sales-assisted motions with a focus on lead and demo quality
  • • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and experiments simultaneously in a fast-evolving, ambiguous environment
  • • Experience designing and executing multi-channel ABM campaigns across paid media, email, web, and direct mail
  • • Strong organizational skills and comfort with end-to-end campaign execution, from planning to analytics
