- • This Account Based Marketing Manager role is critical to Sphera’s growth strategy, translating high-level ABM plans into measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes by bridging sales and marketing efforts across a global enterprise software leader in ESG solutions.
- • The person will execute the ABM engine by identifying target accounts with sales, launching coordinated campaigns in 6sense, managing Pardot-powered email workflows, and using data to demonstrate impact on deal velocity and pipeline health.

- • The role offers the opportunity to build and scale ABM capabilities from the ground up, work closely with senior marketing and sales leaders, and develop expertise in integrated campaign execution, marketing automation, and revenue-focused B2B marketing in a high-growth, mission-driven environment.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include executing ABM strategy by providing enablement for the ABM engine that drives engagement, pipeline, and revenue; partnering with sales to identify target accounts and align on joint plays that accelerate deal velocity; tracking performance and communicating ABM’s impact through data-driven insights; creating and executing ABM campaigns (ads) in 6sense; orchestrating cross-channel campaigns to reach the right audiences at the right time; collaborating with demand generation leaders to ensure ABM programs sync with pipeline goals; maintaining campaign execution with strong project management and stakeholder visibility; developing and executing AI-Email Agents and workflows in 6sense; coordinating buyer stage emails and automation with the email agency (Pardot), optimizing workflows, nurture streams, and reporting to align with ABM strategy; driving efficiency and data integrity across the tech stack in partnership with demand marketing and Sales Operations; and contributing to a fast-paced, creative, and accountable environment where marketing innovation directly supports sales outcomes.
