- • The University Partnerships team at Campus is dedicated to establishing and enhancing transfer pathways to leading four-year institutions. Our core mission is to ensure that Campus students have clear, secure, and guaranteed routes to complete their bachelor's degrees at prestigious universities. This involves close collaboration with university partners, academic leadership, and internal departments to dismantle transfer obstacles, preserve earned credits, and broaden access to high-quality degree programs.
- • In this high-impact University Partnership Specialist role, you will be instrumental in supporting and operationalizing articulation agreements that forge smooth, guaranteed-admission transfer pathways for our students. Working under the guidance of the General Manager of University Partnerships, you will collaborate across various departments to guarantee the accurate execution, effective implementation, and meticulous maintenance of these agreements.
- • This position is perfectly suited for a professional who excels at the intersection of operational execution, relationship management, and a passion for credit mobility, transfer access, and the expansion of equitable pathways to bachelor's degree completion. Your contributions will directly impact the success and future opportunities of our students.
- • Key responsibilities include coordinating and executing articulation agreements with a diverse range of top-tier four-year university partners, including Top 100, R1, flagship, and other strategically important institutions. This involves meticulous maintenance of accurate agreement documentation, comprehensive course equivalency tables, and timely annual updates to ensure ongoing clarity and strict compliance with all relevant policies.
- • You will play a vital role in tracking the progress of the partnership pipeline against annual Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and execution targets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. As an operational liaison for our university partners, you will be responsible for facilitating meetings, developing agendas, managing follow-ups, and maintaining consistent, effective communication channels.
- • This role also involves supporting the implementation of critical strategic initiatives, such as denied-applicant referral programs and pilot programs for co-branded 2+2 transfer pathways. Close collaboration with the Academic Operations team, the Registrar's office, and the Student Outcomes department is essential to guarantee the accuracy of articulations and ensure alignment with transfer readiness requirements.
- • Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring that partnership information is accurately represented across all marketing materials, transfer tools, and pathway documentation. Maintaining Salesforce records, developing reporting dashboards, and managing internal documentation systems will be core functions. You will also coordinate the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports detailing applicant flow, enrollment data, transfer outcomes, and overall partnership health.
