- • The Account Coordinator role at Newfront Insurance Services Inc. is a vital position responsible for supporting the internal service process for commercial property and casualty clients, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced, technology-driven brokerage environment.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing certificate of insurance workflows, preparing and reviewing client communications, processing endorsements and invoices, monitoring billing discrepancies, maintaining accurate data in systems like AMS and SharePoint, and owning the renewal process workflow to ensure timely execution.
- • The Small Business Team is client-focused, detail-oriented, and ambitious, operating with a service-first mindset in a collaborative, inclusive culture that values innovation, accountability, and teamwork while embracing a flexible remote or hybrid work model.
- • This role offers the opportunity to develop deep expertise in commercial insurance operations, strengthen client service and technical systems proficiency, and grow into a trusted partner within a high-performing team that values initiative, adaptability, and continuous learning.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 2 years in a comparable and/or relevant work environment
- • Minimum of 1 year of Insurance brokerage experience
- • Solid communication skills: writing and presentation preparation
- • Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service
- • Ability to be resourceful, take initiative, and work independently to solve problems
- • Property and Casualty License (preferred or completed within 3 months of start date)
