- • Serve as the primary technical liaison for Lambda's strategic Superintelligence accounts, establishing Lambda as a trusted technology partner and strategic advisor to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders.
- • Drive multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with customer business objectives and Lambda’s AI cloud product portfolio, ensuring technical alignment across enterprise deployments.
- • Lead executive-level architectural reviews and technology assessments for enterprise customers, translating complex technical capabilities into business value propositions, ROI models, and TCO analyses.
- • Represent Lambda in board meetings, strategic planning sessions, and executive briefings to influence customer technology strategy and adoption of AI/ML infrastructure.
- • Orchestrate cross-functional teams including Solutions Engineers, Forward Deployed Engineers, Professional Services, and Product Management to deliver on critical customer initiatives and technical escalations.
- • Own technical escalations as the Executive Technical Sponsor for high-priority customer programs, ensuring resolution and alignment with Lambda’s product and engineering roadmap.
- • Drive adoption of Lambda’s strategic initiatives within key accounts by aligning technical solutions with customer transformation goals and long-term infrastructure needs.
- • Establish thought leadership on AI/ML transformation and cloud strategy by publishing content, speaking at industry events, and participating in executive forums.
- • Influence Lambda’s product strategy by synthesizing feedback from strategic customers, market trends, and emerging technology demands into actionable product insights.
- • Mentor and develop technical talent across the organization, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence within engineering and customer-facing teams.
- • Partner with Global Account teams to identify and execute strategic account growth opportunities, expanding Lambda’s footprint within enterprise and hyperscaler customers.
- • Advise customers on digital transformation journeys, including adoption of NVIDIA DGX/HGX/MGX systems, InfiniBand & RoCE networking, large-scale GPU cluster deployments, and high-performance storage architectures.
- • Guide enterprise customers through the deployment of LLM training, fine-tuning, and inference at scale, leveraging deep expertise in distributed computing and AI infrastructure.
- • Apply enterprise architecture frameworks and governance models to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant AI cloud deployments.
- • Navigate complex organizational dynamics across global enterprises to build consensus and drive alignment between technical teams and executive decision-makers.
- • Demonstrate exceptional executive communication, presentation, and storytelling skills to articulate technical vision and business impact to non-technical stakeholders.
- • Maintain a visible industry presence through publications, speaking engagements, or recognition that reinforces Lambda’s position as a leader in AI cloud infrastructure.
🎯 Requirements
- • 15+ years of experience designing, deploying, and scaling cloud infrastructure
- • 6+ years of experience working directly with C-suite executives and senior leadership teams in advisory or consultative capacities
- • 5+ years driving cloud transformation initiatives at enterprise scale
- • Proven track record of influencing C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- • Deep expertise in AI/ML technologies and their business applications
- • Experience with NVIDIA DGX/HGX/MGX systems, InfiniBand & RoCE networking, and large-scale GPU cluster deployments
