• • As an Account Delivery Manager at Neurons Lab, you will be responsible for driving exceptional client outcomes and sustainable account growth by delivering world-class AI transformation projects for Financial Services organizations. This role is critical in positioning Neurons Lab as the premier AI enablement partner in the financial sector, where your ability to build strategic partnerships and generate expansion revenue directly impacts the company’s market standing and long-term success.
• • You will drive expansion revenue by generating a minimum of two expansion opportunities per account per quarter through strategic relationship building and consultative selling, while building and maintaining C-suite relationships via monthly business reviews and positioning yourself as a trusted AI transformation advisor. Your day-to-day includes developing comprehensive account plans for 3-5 client portfolios, conducting quarterly strategic reviews, and ensuring competitive positioning to maximize client lifetime value.
• • You will own the complete project lifecycle for AI and machine learning initiatives, leading cross-functional teams of AI engineers, architects, and specialists to deliver business outcomes while maintaining a Customer Satisfaction Index above 4.0. This involves proactive risk and quality management, clear resource allocation, performance optimization, and implementing measurable success criteria and ROI tracking to ensure projects meet both technical and strategic objectives.
• • You will create compelling ROI calculations, success stories, and business value presentations that demonstrate tangible impact, driving client retention and expansion. Additionally, you will gather competitive intelligence and industry trends to inform product development and business strategy, and contribute to delivery methodology improvements by building reusable assets that enhance future project efficiency and consistency.
