📋 Description

• • As a Software Training Consultant - OBGYN at Modernizing Medicine, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring healthcare providers can effectively use the company’s specialty-specific EMA OBGYN/Women’s Health EMR software, directly contributing to improved clinical workflows and patient outcomes by bridging clinical expertise with technology adoption.
• • You will train physicians and clinical staff on the features and functions of the EMA OBGYN software using classroom, remote, on-the-job, and blended training techniques, establishing rapport and credibility with diverse audiences while managing training schedules and coordinating with project managers and administrators to ensure timely, accurate delivery.
• • You will report software improvement feedback to engineering teams, contribute to the creation of training materials, maintain certification of 80% or higher on all application material and quizzes, and record client feedback throughout the training process to support continuous product and service enhancement.
• • You will help clients adopt best practices for managing their OBGYN practices using the software, provide off-hours and weekend training as needed, and work independently with minimal supervision to scope projects and ensure practices are fully trained and operational on schedule.
• • You will collaborate with Training, Support, and Product departments to align training programs with product updates and client launch practices, leveraging your clinical background and technical aptitude to translate complex software functionality into practical, user-friendly guidance for healthcare professionals.
