📋 Description
- • The Talent Administrator & Coordinator role at Wilson Human Capital Group, Inc. is integral to the recruitment team, supporting end-to-end hiring processes and ensuring smooth coordination of candidate experiences.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling interviews and assessments, managing pre-employment paperwork, preparing offer letters, conducting background and reference checks, maintaining compliant candidate files, generating recruitment reports, tracking applicant activity in ATS systems, and handling general office duties such as responding to inquiries, data entry, and filing.
- • Wilson Human Capital Group is a collaborative, dynamic, and forward-thinking organization focused on delivering talent solutions, where the recruitment team works closely to support hiring needs across client engagements.
- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in recruitment operations, gain hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems, strengthen organizational and communication skills, and contribute to process improvements that enhance hiring efficiency and compliance.

- • 1-2 years of office administration experience, preferably in an HR or staffing capacity
