- • As an Account Development Executive at Birch Finance Inc., you will drive revenue growth by identifying and expanding opportunities within the existing customer base through strategic prospecting, consultative selling, and solution-based presentations. Your role is critical in helping clients achieve their domestic and global objectives by delivering tailored, technically advanced services that enhance security, efficiency, and connectivity.
- • Day to day, you will generate new opportunities via cold calling, leverage existing partner and account relationships, manage key accounts to meet immediate needs, act as a trusted advisor, respond to RFPs, craft compelling business cases, collaborate with internal and external teams through implementation, and maintain accurate contact records using CRM tools while refining your sales approach within a consultative, solutions-focused model.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree preferred
- • Five or more years of B2B sales experience required
- • Proven experience selling UCaaS and CCaaS solutions
- • Experience selling Microsoft solutions highly desirable
- • Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills with executive-level professionals
- • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with a hunter’s mentality and disciplined work ethic
