- • As an Account Development Executive, you’ll manage a portfolio of restaurant and hospitality clients, nurturing relationships and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts. You’ll be responsible for driving upsells, supporting renewals, and helping clients get the most out of the SevenRooms platform. In this role, you’ll collaborate with teams across the business to ensure clients are set up for long-term success, while also contributing directly to revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- • Day to day, you’ll manage account growth by driving renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and expansion opportunities within your book of business to meet or exceed sales targets. You’ll own the renewal process by proactively engaging clients ahead of contract expiration to discuss goals, performance, and ensure continued value from the platform. You’ll identify expansion opportunities by spotting and closing opportunities to introduce clients to additional SevenRooms features, integrations, and services that support their growth. You’ll pitch and close upsells by recommending solutions like advanced reporting or marketing tools that increase engagement and adoption of the platform. You’ll build trusted relationships by serving as a strategic advisor to key decision-makers, understanding their goals and aligning platform solutions to meet their needs. You’ll lead client presentations by delivering engaging presentations and product demos that showcase SevenRooms’ value and educate clients on new capabilities. You’ll collaborate across teams by partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to advocate for clients and drive successful outcomes. You’ll track and report progress by providing regular updates on account activity, upsell potential, and forecast data to support broader team performance goals.
