- • As an Account Development Representative at Ambience Healthcare Inc., you will serve as the front-line accelerator of the company's enterprise growth engine, focusing on penetrating and activating high-value health system accounts to build a durable pipeline for Strategic Growth Executives. Your work directly supports Ambience’s mission to restore humanity to healthcare by reducing administrative burdens on clinicians through AI-powered documentation and workflow intelligence.
- • You will build and activate enterprise pipeline by running disciplined, account-level outbound campaigns across a named ICP portfolio of ~250 target health systems, converting warm signals such as events, referrals, executive introductions, and intent data into fully qualified opportunities with confirmed buying group coverage, real pain, and clear next steps—holding yourself to the standard that only a qualified opportunity, not just a meeting, constitutes a win.
- • You will drive executive engagement and event conversion by owning pre- and post-event strategy for priority conferences like HIMSS, ViVE, and HLTH, securing earned meetings at named ICP accounts, ensuring post-event follow-through within 14 days, and generating VP+ executive engagement at accounts not yet in active pipeline using TeamLink, referrals, and board connections.
- • You will keep deals moving without slowing them down by owning all scheduling, logistics, and coordination for multi-stakeholder meetings (clinical demos, IT deep dives, finance/RCM value sessions, executive briefings), enabling Strategic Growth Executives to focus entirely on conversation, while proactively monitoring deal activity, flagging risks early, and ensuring no active opportunity goes stale without a mitigation plan.
- • You will produce intelligence that sharpens the attack by building and maintaining enterprise-grade account briefs for every active target—including org structure, current-state tooling, strategic priorities, competitive landscape, and procurement motion—surfacing actionable insights monthly and feeding them back into messaging and talk tracks to help SGEs run tighter political campaigns on every account.
- • You will own CRM hygiene and operational excellence by logging all external activity in HubSpot within 24 hours, maintaining living account plans that any internal stakeholder can orient from in under five minutes, standardizing and owning templates for meeting recaps, stakeholder maps, event follow-ups, and economic buyer email drafts, and pre-wiring internal teams (SE, Value Attainment, Legal) early to prevent deal stalls.

- • You will develop strategic enterprise sales acumen, mastering complex B2B sales cycles in healthcare, learning to navigate multi-stakeholder buying dynamics, and becoming a trusted force multiplier who earns trust through consistency, clarity, and proactive ownership—positioning yourself for growth into senior sales, strategy, or sales enablement roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in enterprise sales development, business development, or a strategic support role in a complex B2B or healthcare environment
- • Proven ability to build repeatable systems, manage multiple workstreams, and maintain operational excellence without dropping details
- • Strong, adaptable communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences, from CMIOs to internal executives
