- • As an Account Development Representative at Feedzai, you play a key role in enabling the sales of our leading AI/Machine learning platform. You will closely work with Account Executives, other members of the sales team, and other cross-functional partners, such as marketing and partnerships, focused on business development, to make sure we build the right quality and quantity of pipeline.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying potential customers within the UK and assigned European market, conducting high-volume outbound communication (calls, emails, social) to engage decision-makers, achieving monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunities, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities in the CRM system, collaborating with UK and European Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns, and staying informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes in both the UK and the European territory.

- • In this role, you will develop expertise in lead generation, outbound prospecting, pipeline development, CRM management, and cross-functional collaboration within a high-growth fintech environment. You will gain deep market knowledge of the UK and European financial technology landscape, refine your sales and communication skills in multiple languages, and build a foundation for career advancement in sales, account management, or business development within a globally recognized AI-driven organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ADR, Sales Development Representative (SDR), or similar inside sales role
- • Native or business fluent proficiency in English
- • Native or business fluent proficiency in one of the following languages: French, German, Spanish, or Italian
- • Proven track record of exceeding pipeline generation goals
- • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
