- • The Client Service Manager, Enterprise Accounts role is essential to driving client success and strategic account development within Cars Commerce’s Major Accounts team, supporting enterprise clients in achieving their goals through tailored solutions and proactive relationship management.
- • Day to day, you will partner with Executive Account Executives and internal teams to support strategic client success and retention, analyze performance data to identify optimization opportunities, manage dealer relationships as the primary point of contact, identify and refer upsell opportunities, lead daily account operations as needed, respond to client inquiries with tailored recommendations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including research, strategy, and customer success to align on goals and deliver results.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- • 2+ years of experience in a sales, client services, or business development role
- • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a passion for customer success
- • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
- • Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Analytics, and digital advertising is a plus
