- • As Director, Go-To-Market at UiPath, you will lead the GTM function within Professional Services to drive marketing and sales of services offerings, partner with internal and external teams to grow the services business, and support partner-led delivery of Professional Services work.
- • Day to day, you will maintain deep product and services knowledge, define scalable Professional Services offerings, partner with sales and product teams to sell services, lead design of services packages and marketing materials, define repeatable best practices and SOPs for contracts, coordinate external-facing knowledge sharing, and support partner delivery through scoping, contractual processes, and evangelizing partner capabilities.
- • You will lead a team of Professional Services GTM Managers and support staff aligned to industry-specific verticals, establishing repeatable processes, SOPs, and mechanisms to enhance the GTM function while supporting team growth and development.

🎯 Requirements
- • Strong experience leading services sales and growth teams at an enterprise software company or for enterprise software integrators
- • 10+ years of client-facing professional services experience, either in services sales or services delivery
- • Experience leading and supervising teams of 5+ individual contributors, coaching them and inspiring them in alignment with company values
- • Expert communication skills interacting with VP and CxO level stakeholders both internal to the organization and external to clients
- • Ownership over outcomes – ability to independently problem-solve, make decisions, weigh trade-offs, and navigate through ambiguous and changing situations
- • A strong optimism for the future of Agentic AI capabilities and their transformative potential
