- • Manager of Sales Proposals leads a team of writers within the Proposal department, supporting Prime’s Mid-Market market segment by leading cross-functional efforts to strategically respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), managing and improving the RFP process, creating high-quality strategic proposals, and building and maintaining Prime’s valuable content database.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing team direction, reviewing proposals for obstacles, overseeing end-to-end proposal processes, leveraging AI tools like Copilot and proposal platforms (Responsive, Loopio), solving complex business problems, assessing process effectiveness, serving as liaison to leadership, managing client proposal relationships, organizing strategy meetings with Sales and Client Engagement, managing department budget and staffing, and performing other assigned duties.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Business or related area, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED required
- • 6 years of work experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management proposals, sales planning, and/or sales support
- • 1 year of leadership/people management experience
- • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with all levels across the organization
- • Strong attention to detail and process; highly organized and result-focused with proven time management skills

- • Potential pay range of $94,000.00 - $160,000.00 based on experience and skills
