- • As an Account Director at Jellyfish, you will play a pivotal role in driving client success and profitability by serving as a strategic advisor who aligns innovative digital marketing solutions with client business goals, ensuring long-term growth and satisfaction.
- • You will lead and mentor Senior Account Managers and Account Managers, fostering a high-performance culture while overseeing operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and the successful delivery of client-centric campaigns across global markets.

- • Day to day, you will lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with cross-functional teams to assess performance, refine strategies, and co-create client growth plans that align with business objectives and market opportunities.
- • You will actively identify and pursue expansion opportunities by analysing client needs, market trends, and performance data to achieve set commercial targets and drive incremental revenue.
- • You will mentor and support Account Managers through coaching, feedback, and professional development, helping to build a cohesive, high-performing team capable of delivering exceptional client outcomes.
- • You will implement and uphold best practices in client management, including financial forecasting, invoicing, budget reconciliation, and Salesforce data integrity, ensuring accuracy and transparency in all client engagements.
- • You will strengthen client relationships by organizing and participating in events, webinars, experiential activations, and case study development that showcase success and deepen engagement.
- • You will guide cross-team collaboration between creative, media, data, and technology teams to deliver integrated, client-centric solutions that maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- • You will implement foundational operational practices such as timeline management, conference reporting, and internal check-ins with Project Management to ensure timely delivery and responsiveness to client needs.
- • You will continuously improve team resources and workflows to enhance both client and internal team satisfaction, driving profitability through optimized resource allocation and process efficiency.
- • You will identify process improvements, flag operational risks or gaps to VPs, Client Partners, and Capability teams, and lead resolution efforts to maintain service excellence and operational agility.
- • You will stay ahead of industry trends in digital marketing, AI, and SEO, contributing to internal knowledge-sharing and innovation initiatives that keep Jellyfish at the forefront of the industry.
- • You will champion the responsible and effective use of AI across client solutions, advocating for ethical adoption and demonstrating how AI enhances strategy, performance, efficiency, and innovation in workflows.
- • You will ensure SEO excellence by leading client briefs, consulting on best practices, and leveraging case studies and Google tools to improve search performance and organic visibility.
- • You will build and optimize team structures and scopes tailored to client purposes, adjusting resources and capabilities to improve profitability, output quality, and service delivery.
- • You will analyse performance data using platforms like Google Analytics to generate actionable insights, guide decision-making, and optimize campaigns for maximum return on investment.
- • You will anticipate client needs proactively, identify emerging opportunities, and drive results through strategic foresight and data-informed recommendations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in account management or client leadership within a digital marketing, media, or agency environment, with a track record of driving client growth and profitability.
- • Strong working knowledge of SEO principles and the ability to lead client briefs, consult on best practices, and integrate search strategy into broader marketing campaigns.
- • Experience using Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms to analyse performance data, produce insights, and guide data-driven decision-making that optimizes client outcomes and ROI.
- • Experience managing client data in Salesforce or comparable CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and effective use for forecasting and reporting.
- • Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams, including optimizing team structures and scopes to improve profitability and service delivery.
- • Ability to anticipate client needs, identify growth opportunities, and drive strategic initiatives that align with business objectives and market trends.
