  • • As the Account Director, Central US (Remote) at Via Transportation, you will serve as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for partners, building trusted relationships that drive long-term revenue growth and expansion of service offerings.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing partner strategies based on strengths and weaknesses, nurturing deep relationships by identifying pain points and growth opportunities, analyzing service performance data to deliver actionable insights, negotiating contract renewals and expansions, and acting as a thought partner in regional transit planning and funding initiatives.
  • • You will operate within a mission-driven, innovative company that leverages technology to transform global transportation, working alongside engineers, data scientists, and transit experts to deliver AI-powered solutions for public transit systems including microtransit, paratransit, and autonomous vehicles.
  • • In this role, you will develop expertise in strategic account management, data-informed decision-making, public sector engagement, and cross-functional advocacy — positioning yourself as a leader in sustainable mobility while contributing to Via’s mission of expanding access to jobs, healthcare, and education through efficient transit.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 10+ years of client-facing experience in Sales, Business Development, Consulting, or related fields, with preference for public sector experience
  • • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with partners, including senior-level stakeholders
  • • Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and generate actionable, data-driven recommendations
  • • Demonstrated expertise in contract renewals, up-selling, and commercial negotiation
  • • Willingness to travel 25–50% as needed
  • • Self-motivated, resilient professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments
