- ⢠As the Account Director, Client Strategy at Directive Consulting LLC, you will serve as the senior strategic and commercial owner of a portfolio of the companyās most valuable and complex client relationships, directly influencing Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and acting as a trusted advisor to VP- and C-suite stakeholders in B2B SaaS and tech companies.
- ⢠You will own the full lifecycle of client relationships, driving retention, expansion, and long-term partnership value by architecting integrated growth plans across Paid Media, SEO/Content, CRO, Creative, and RevOps, while leading QBRs, managing risk, and mentoring cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence and commercial accountability.

- ⢠You will partner closely with channel leads, project managers, and operations teams to align priorities, mitigate risks, and maintain delivery excellence, while mentoring strategists and analysts to elevate strategic thinking and commercial accountability across the organization.
- ⢠In this role, you will develop and execute renewal, upsell, and cross-sell strategies tied directly to NRR performance, own portfolio economics including forecasting, margin health, scope control, and renewal negotiations, and translate complex performance data into clear business narratives that connect marketing execution to revenue impact for executive stakeholders.
- ⢠You will proactively identify client risks and mitigate issues before escalation, operate with autonomy and executive presence, and continuously seek better ways to drive client and portfolio performance by staying ahead of industry trends, including AI and automation in marketing and operations.
- ⢠Your success will be measured by Net Revenue Retention (NRR), renewal rate, and customer satisfaction (CSAT), reflecting your ability to deliver measurable growth and long-term value for high-growth enterprise clients.
šÆ Requirements
- ⢠7ā12 years of experience in agency or client services roles with significant exposure to B2B SaaS or technology clients
- ⢠Proven experience owning renewals, upsell, and cross-sell motions across a $2M+ portfolio
- ⢠Strong fluency across Paid Media, SEO/Content, CRO, Creative, and RevOps, with the ability to connect execution to business outcomes
