- • As the Account Director, Client Strategy at Directive Consulting LLC, you will serve as the senior strategic and commercial owner of a portfolio of the company’s most valuable and complex client relationships, directly influencing Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and acting as the trusted advisor to VP- and C-suite stakeholders at B2B SaaS and tech companies.
- • You will own the full lifecycle of client relationships, driving retention, expansion, and long-term partnership value by architecting integrated growth plans across Paid Media, SEO/Content, CRO, Creative, and RevOps, while leading QBRs, managing risk, and mentoring cross-functional teams to ensure executive-level storytelling and delivery excellence.

- • You will grow as a strategic operator and cross-functional leader, influencing without direct authority to align Paid Media, SEO, CRO, Creative, and RevOps teams around unified business outcomes, while mentoring strategists and analysts to elevate strategic thinking and commercial accountability across the organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7–12 years of experience in agency or client services roles with significant exposure to B2B SaaS or technology clients
- • Proven experience owning renewals, upsell, and cross-sell motions across a $2M+ portfolio
- • Strong fluency across Paid Media, SEO/Content, CRO, Creative, and RevOps, with the ability to connect execution to business outcomes
- • Experience partnering with VP-, CMO-, and CRO-level client stakeholders
- • Executive communication skills: clear, confident communicator who translates performance into business impact
- • Commercial acumen: comfortable owning forecasts, margins, scope, and renewal economics
