  • • The Account Director role at StackAdapt combines sales and customer relationship management to drive growth in programmatic advertising revenue from agencies and brands in Hong Kong. Reporting to the Director of Sales, this role is critical for expanding existing business and closing new deals by aligning StackAdapt’s AI-powered marketing platform with clients’ long-term objectives.
  • • Day to day, the Account Director will identify, pitch, and close platform sales deals with local agencies and brands; manage existing client relationships to uncover growth opportunities; collaborate with management and product teams to influence product specifications; and work closely with dedicated Account Managers to present new campaign strategies, retain accounts, and strengthen client partnerships through tailored solutions.

Success here opens pathways to senior leadership in sales, account strategy, or market expansion within a globally recognized ad tech innovator.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Digital advertising sales experience - programmatic is a plus
  • • Experience using CRM tools to build a robust pipeline and ensure client satisfaction, renewal, and opportunity discovery
  • • Experience building client pitch decks and associated research to close new business
  • • Track record of success in a quota-carrying sales environment
  • • Ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledge
  • • Willingness to travel occasionally to meet clients within the region
