  • • As an Account Director, Hyperscale Sales at Cologix, you will lead strategic development and execution of sales and brand presence within the Hyperscale and Global Strategic Account community, driving growth in high-density compute environments for established and emerging players.
  • • Day to day, you will develop sales opportunities, identify, penetrate, and close target prospect accounts, carry an individual quota, and retire it monthly through new sales closures while managing pipeline, forecasting, and quota attainment with discipline.
  • • Cologix is a leading North America network-neutral interconnection and hyperscale edge data center company headquartered in Denver, Colorado, with 45+ digital edge and Scalelogixâ„  hyperscale edge data centers across 13 markets in the U.S. and Canada, backed by a major infrastructure fund and committed to ESG, operational excellence, and customer service.
  • • In this role, you will achieve quota attainment, build strategic relationships with hyperscale and global accounts, deepen expertise in built-to-suit data centers, powered shell, pre-lease, real estate, and telecommunications industries, and contribute to Cologix’s growth as a standard in high-density compute environments.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Demonstrable understanding of the Hyperscale built-to-suit data center, powered shell, pre-lease data center, real estate and telecommunications industries
  • • Proven ability to develop sales opportunities, identify, penetrate, and close target prospect accounts within the hyperscale market segment
  • • Strong funnel management, forecasting, and quota attainment discipline with a track record of retiring individual quotas monthly
  • • Highest integrity in all internal and external communications
  • • Entrepreneurial drive and top-performing sales director experience
